A full 35mm — the sweet spot between real cushioning and a profile that still sits flat. Most foam and sponge mats online are 10–20mm; a few reach 30mm. Thinner mats compress under body weight and lose their comfort within weeks. At 35mm, Misk Mat holds its shape underfoot, under knees, and under children at play. Beige, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Ivory Arches and Vanilla Cream — all designed to sit naturally in modern UAE and GCC interiors. Ivory Arches has a subtle textured pattern for something more considered. Vanilla Cream, crafted from 400gsm faux rabbit fur with a soft 3D texture, is our most luxurious finish.

Yes. Every Misk Mat has a non-slip backing that grips the tile, marble and hardwood floors most common in UAE and GCC homes. In one customer's words: "it doesn't move even when the kids chase each other."

It's water and stain resistant — everyday spills sit on the surface long enough to wipe away before they soak in, which is most of what family life throws at a floor. Day to day, vacuum or wipe with a damp cloth. For anything more, spot clean with mild soap and let it air dry fully. It isn't designed to be machine washed or submerged — the memory foam doesn't like it, and it doesn't need it.

Because 35mm of memory foam has to be compressed to reach you safely. Lay it flat and it takes shape within hours — you can use it the same day. Over the following days it keeps rising to its full 35mm softness. Some mats get there in two days, some take a little longer. Nothing to do but enjoy it while it settles.

Yes — we deliver across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

🇦🇪 UAE — Free next-day delivery on orders placed before 1:45 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

🌍 GCC — Free delivery, typically within 3–10 days. Any applicable customs duties or destination taxes are payable by the recipient.

UAE orders — nothing. No customs, no import fees.

GCC orders — your local customs authority may apply duties or VAT under your country's own rules. That's set by them, not by us, so it isn't included in the price at checkout. It's usually modest, and your courier will let you know if anything is due.

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. The mat must remain sealed in its clear inner packaging, unopened, unexpanded and unused, with the original outer packaging retained.

Please contact us before returning your order. Customers are responsible for tracked and insured return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including any applicable cross-border costs.

If your mat arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with an item missing, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. For verified issues, Misk Mat will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs.

We're online only — which is part of why we can put this much mat into the price rather than into a showroom.

To make it easy anyway: message us and we'll send you extra photos, video, or a close-up of any colour you're weighing up. We'll answer size questions honestly, including telling you when the cheaper size is the right one.

We don't run a direct exchange service. If your mat is still sealed and within 14 days, request a change-of-mind return and place a new order for the size or colour you want. Return shipping and the new order's delivery are the customer's responsibility.
