Delivering Comfort Across the UAE & GCC
At Misk Mat, every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to:
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
🌍 GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Arab Emirates.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Processing times may occasionally be longer during peak periods.
Delivery Timeframes
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
Free next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday. Sunday orders are dispatched on Monday for delivery the following business day.
🌍 GCC Countries
Free delivery. Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may take longer due to courier scheduling, customs and clearance delays, regional conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Delays Outside Our Control
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to our courier partner, delivery timing is managed by the courier and by the customs authorities in the destination country. Misk Mat is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs or clearance processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, regional conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Delays of this kind are not grounds for cancellation or refund of a dispatched order. We will always do our best to help you track and resolve a delayed shipment.
Shipping Costs
🇦🇪 UAE: Free delivery on all orders.
🌍 GCC: Free delivery on all orders. Customs duties, VAT and clearance fees charged in the destination country are not included — see below.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges (GCC Orders)
Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
🇦🇪 Orders delivered within the UAE are not subject to import duties or customs charges.
Refused or Unpaid Customs Deliveries
If a shipment is refused, delayed, or not accepted due to unpaid customs duties, VAT, or import charges, or due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer:
- The order may not be eligible for a refund.
- Any costs incurred as a result (return shipping, destruction, or abandonment fees charged by the courier or customs) may be deducted from any refund offered.
- International shipments refused by the recipient may be abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, and Misk Mat cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods in these cases.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery. Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery timing is managed by the courier partner. Tracking information will be provided when available.
