Our mats are crafted from a luxurious 35mm thick high-density memory foam core with a soft polyester surface and a non-slip backing. Every mat is OEKO-TEX® certified non-toxic, ensuring it’s safe for babies, children, and the whole family.

- Free express delivery across the UAE (1–3 business days)
- Free standard delivery across the GCC (7–14 business days)
For orders delivered outside the UAE, local customs authorities may apply VAT, import duties, or clearance fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for UAE orders only, provided the mat is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used mats cannot be returned
- All GCC orders are final sale and non-returnable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable

- Medium – 200cm x 150cm
- Large – 200cm × 300cm
- X-Large – 200cm × 400cm
(Please allow a small variation of ±2cm due to the cutting and finishing process.)

- Vacuum regularly to remove dust and maintain softness.
- For spills: wipe immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or scrubbing brushes.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Allow to air-dry naturally in a shaded area — avoid direct sunlight for long periods.
✨ When your mat first arrives:
- Please steam to gently puff it to full size and remove creases in an instant. If using an iron to steam, always place a tea towel in between the mat and the iron to avoid damage.
With proper care, your Misk Mat will remain soft, safe, and stylish for years.
