Why Misk Mat exists
Hard floors are everywhere in the UAE and GCC. Beautiful, yes — but unforgiving. For families with young children, that tension is real and daily: the home you've carefully designed versus the floor your child crawls, falls, and plays on every single day.
Misk Mat was built to resolve that tension. Not with foam tiles that look like a nursery product. Not with thin rugs that offer comfort in name only. But with a mat that genuinely cushions — 35mm of premium memory foam — while looking like it belongs in the room.
Born in the UAE
We're based in Sharjah, and we design for the homes, floors, and lifestyles of this region. Marble entries. Open-plan living rooms. Majlis spaces. Nurseries that flow into family areas. We understand what modern GCC homes look like — and we build products that fit them without compromise.
What goes into every mat
Every Misk Mat is made from 35mm premium memory foam — thick enough to make a real difference underfoot, firm enough to hold its shape over time. The top layer is finished in a skin-soft, velvety fabric. The base is non-slip, keeping the mat firmly in place on tile, marble, and hardwood. And every mat is OEKO-TEX® certified — independently tested and verified free from harmful substances, so it's safe for the smallest members of your family from day one.
Designed to live in your home
Comfort should never come at the cost of how your home looks. Our colours — Beige, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Vanilla Cream, and the textured Ivory Arches — are chosen to complement modern interiors, not interrupt them.
