How do I clean my Misk Mat?

Do you deliver across the UAE and GCC?

Yes. We offer free delivery across the UAE and all GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

How long does delivery take?

Will I need to pay VAT or customs fees for GCC orders?

For orders delivered outside the UAE, local customs authorities may apply VAT, import duties, or clearance fees in accordance with the destination country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Where do you ship from?

All Misk Mats are shipped from our warehouse in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, ensuring reliable delivery across the UAE and GCC.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for UAE orders only, provided the mat is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used mats cannot be returned.

🌍 All GCC orders are final sale and non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Are your mats non-toxic?

Yes. Misk Mats are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they are free from harmful substances and safe for babies, children, and adults.

Why does my new mat look creased?

Creases are normal due to vacuum packaging. Lay the mat flat and allow 24–48 hours in most cases, and sometimes up to 7 days, for it to fully expand and smooth out.

Do you have a showroom?

We are currently an online-only brand based in the UAE. While we don’t have a physical showroom, we provide clear photos, size guides, and detailed descriptions to help you shop with confidence.
